1st West Lothian Sea Scouts are a registered charity (SCO24347) as well as being part of the Scout movement. The Group not only relies upon its Leaders to deliver the Scout programme, but on parents participating in the running of the Group to support the Leaders. We are all volunteers.
If you are interested in helping in anyway, please speak to one the Leaders or Executive. Your interest may be as a Leader or even just helping out with some badge work where you have a specific skill or knowledge, or it may be in the running of the Group, or even helping with small repairs.
Executive Committee – the purpose is to make decisions and carry out administrative tasks to ensure the best quality Scouting can be delivered to young people in the Group. The Executive currently consists of:
